Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your account and everything in it:

1. Sign in to the Concierge app at concierge.rankrai.net.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete my account and data.
3. Confirm.

Your concierge stops replying immediately, your Instagram and Facebook connections are disconnected and lead alerts stop, and all your data (settings, conversations and leads) is purged within 30 days. We also delete your Concierge sign-in account. Copies in backups (stored with Backblaze, access-restricted) expire within a further 30 days.

You can also remove Concierge's access from Facebook or Instagram directly:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → find "Concierge by Rankr AI" → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions (or Apps and websites) → find "Concierge by Rankr AI" → Remove.

Removing the app stops Concierge from receiving or sending messages for that account, and Meta sends us a data deletion request for it. You get a confirmation code and a status link. The status link shows "received" until the data is deleted (within 30 days), then "deleted".

Menu names can vary slightly by app version and device.

Email [email protected] with:

• the name of the business you messaged, and
• your Instagram username or Facebook name.

We will verify the request, delete your messages and details within 30 days, and let the business know. You can also contact the business directly. Deleting your data from Concierge does not delete messages stored in the Instagram or Messenger apps themselves; those are controlled by Meta and the business.
