This Privacy Policy explains how Immortal XI ("the app", "we", "us"), published by Rankr, handles information when you use the app. Immortal XI is a football squad-drafting game available on Android and iOS.
We take a privacy-light approach: we collect the minimum needed to run the game, sync your progress, process purchases, show ads to free users, and fix crashes. We do not sell your personal data.
Information we collect
Account identifiers. When you play, the app creates an account through our authentication provider (Supabase). For guest play this is an anonymous account identifier. If you choose to sign in with email, Google, or Apple, we associate your account with that identifier so your progress is saved and restored across sessions and devices. We store an optional manager name that you choose.
Game progress data. We store your gameplay data — drafted squads, season results, career stats, collection progress, daily challenge entries, and any private leagues you create or join — linked to your account identifier so we can save and sync your progress.
Purchase data. If you buy Immortal Pro, the purchase is processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple) and managed through RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider. We receive purchase and entitlement status (e.g. whether you have Pro) but not your full payment details, which are handled by the app store.
Advertising data (free users). Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may access a mobile advertising identifier and related device information to provide and measure ads, in accordance with Google's policies. Immortal Pro removes ads.
Crash and error data. We use Sentry to capture crash and error reports so we can fix problems. These reports contain technical information about the error and device but are configured to exclude personal identifiers such as your email.
How we use information
We use this information to: provide and save your game progress; authenticate your account; process and restore purchases; display and measure ads for free users; diagnose crashes and improve stability; and operate features like leaderboards and private leagues.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers that make the app work — Supabase (accounts and data storage), Google Play / Apple (purchases and platform services), RevenueCat (purchase management), Google AdMob (advertising for free users), and Sentry (crash reporting) — each handling data under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
Leaderboards and social features
If you use the global Daily Seed leaderboard or private leagues, a manager name you choose may be visible to other players. Do not use a manager name that reveals personal information you want kept private.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. In-app account deletion is also provided where required by the app stores.
Children
Immortal XI is not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your choices
You can play as a guest, remove ads by purchasing Immortal Pro, and reset your device's advertising identifier through your device settings. You can request data deletion at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
